The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Blurr:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct is illegal and absolutely prohibited.
  • Grooming: Any behavior intended to groom a child for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion: Threatening or coercing a child for sexual purposes.
  • Trafficking: Any content or behavior related to the trafficking of a child for sex.
  • Inappropriate Contact: Adults attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.

Any user found engaging in or sharing such content will be immediately and permanently banned, and reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously.

Report content directly inside the app using the "Report" button on posts, comments, or profiles, and choose "Child Safety Concern."
