Zero Tolerance Policy
Blurr has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting minors on our platform and will take immediate action against any content, behavior, or users that violate child safety laws.
We are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for all users and will work tirelessly to prevent, detect, and report any instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation on our platform.
1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Blurr:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct is illegal and absolutely prohibited.
- Grooming: Any behavior intended to groom a child for sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion: Threatening or coercing a child for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking: Any content or behavior related to the trafficking of a child for sex.
- Inappropriate Contact: Adults attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
Any user found engaging in or sharing such content will be immediately and permanently banned, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously.
2.1 In-App Reporting
Report content directly inside the app using the "Report" button on posts, comments, or profiles, and choose "Child Safety Concern."
2.2 Email Reporting
For urgent safety concerns, contact us at:

3. Enforcement Actions
- Immediate Content Removal: Harmful material is removed instantly upon discovery.
- Permanent Suspension: Violating accounts are permanently banned from Blurr.
- Legal Escalation: Violations are immediately reported to law enforcement.
- Platform Monitoring: Continuous checks via automated filters and human moderation.
4. Legal Compliance
When we obtain actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform, we:
- Report to NCMEC: In the US, we file reports with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Report to IWF: In the UK/Europe, we file reports with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
- Cooperate with Law Enforcement: We preserve evidence and support investigations.
5. Prevention Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection: automated keyword and media hashing filters, human moderation review queues, simple user flagging buttons, and device fingerprint bans to block repeat offenders.
